Alex Basile invites us to place ourselves in the midst of the biblical encounters related in the Gospels and to make them come alive for ourselves as we struggle with living and sharing the Gospel message today. The graces of the past are still being bestowed upon us now.

The trials and sins of the past are still with us today. As the early disciples were touched by grace; so are we. As they began to see God differently; so do we. As they saw endless possibilities opening up before them by being in a personal relationship with Jesus; so do we.
